Through my personal experience, most small business and startup can be qualified for unsecured business line of credit if they have OK FICO score. The only time they are not is that they might have something on their credit file that prevent them from getting the funds.
Even if they are not, they don't have to be discourage for once they can go through credit repair and then later reapplied for unsecured business line of credit. It is possible that they might need a guarantor on the application form.
